The Legal IT Business Analyst demonstrates strong subject matter knowledge pertaining to both IT capabilities and Legal business processes. The candidate should have experience in one or more of the following business areas or Legal systems: Intellectual Property, Matters Management, Records Information Management, eDiscovery, or Contracts Management. The Legal IT Business Analyst role is responsible for working across multiple work streams, assisting the Project Manager(s), for the collection, interpretation, and fulfillment of business user requirements. The position requires a strong and balanced mix of technical capability and business process expertise to collaborate in partnership with business functions in order to ensure solution optimization and integration. The role works in partnership with the business including management, project teams, and individuals to understand project requirements, resolve problems/issues, support multiple small to mid-size projects concurrently, and assist in the delivery of the solutions.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related study, preferred
At least 5 years proven work experience in Business Analysis. Pharmaceutical or Biotech Company required with preferred experience working with Legal Information Systems groups.
Familiarity/comfort working with automated Electronic Legal Management principles and systems, as well as other information technology systems.
