Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst
Responsibilities: Analyze and design new business processes. Work with the business to assess current capabilities and identify both high-level and detailed requirements. Identify and define detailed product requirements. Work with team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application and trace to the business case benefits. Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Design system configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Assist in translating requirements into test conditions, testing execution and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing. Serve as liaison to the business community and help maintain the business community's perspective. Act as resource to help evaluate training and performance support needs. Serve as a resource to help evaluate training and performance support needs. Must be detail-oriented to complete project deliverables. Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications: Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required. 3-6 years related experience is required. Ability to analyze and design business process. Ability to develop business requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community. Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards. Willing to gain knowledge of the functionality of new systems.
