New York City, NY Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst (Full-Time direct hire, client will NOT sponsor)
You'll be responsible for supporting the Sr. Director of Product and VP of Product Management in building products that help investors anticipate market shifts, take informed risk, build and protect their wealth, and make a positive impact on the world. Responsibilities include:
Working cross-functionally across all areas to define and prioritize business and editorial requirements for new products and enhancements.
Owning the core Barron's product roadmap.
Making product enhancement and optimization recommendations to increase revenue both from advertising and subscriptions
Performing business analysis to demonstrate ROI and P&L impact of product enhancements.
Working with research teams to gather and analyze audience research and feedback regarding new products and enhancements.
Working closely with software developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Defining and measuring KPIs for success.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
3-5 years of product management experience.
Passionate and knowledgeable about digital media, news and investing.
Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of Omniture analytics platform.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
Experience defining and implementing product requirements for websites and mobile apps.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the full spectrum of internal stakeholders and customers.
Proven ability partnering with a technology organization.
Highly strategic as well as detail-oriented.
