Dynamics of the Role
The Manager of Decisioning plays a crucial role for operations within the US region. The Manager is responsible for managing a dedicated team of co-located project managers that also serve as business analysts and configuration specialists to deliver automated decisioning solutions to our customers. A deep background in project management, requirements elicitation, building and fostering customer and internal relationships and a commitment to process and quality are instrumental to success. This role leverages flexibility with a strong desire to contribute and excel to support, grow and differentiate our business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Team’s Focus
Global Decisioning leverages industry data and analytics, coupled with our technology assets, to deliver decisioning strategies and solutions that help our customers achieve more. We are in the midst of consolidating our decisioning platforms to a single offering to best position our team and product for continued success with expanded opportunities for cross-organizational roles. Decisioning is a key growth area for TransUnion. Leading the team through the platform consolidation while maintaining existing customer requests and building new solutions will be a challenge and exciting opportunity for the right Manager.
