The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst role will own projects and system enhancements through the entire life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
Partner with key business customers to understand business problems in order to assess and propose/design process and technology solutions
Lead major system design efforts and manage key deliverables
Evaluate business requirements to identify gaps, interdependencies and reconcile conflicts with proposed solutions
Advise business owners on best practices in Salesforce.com application configuration, security/permissions, workflow, customizations and data validation.
Coordinate change control management and processes with other systems administrators and analysts
Validate solutions and execute testing with end user community
Analyze business requests and understand business requirements. Work with various technical staff members to determine possible solutions and communicate business and system impacts
Provide ongoing Salesforce.com business operations and administrative support to users
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with 2-4 years of Salesforce.com administration experience including *Community Cloud,* Service Cloud, APEX, VisualForce
Minimum SFDC certifications required:
An understanding of web system technologies such as relational databases, server side programming, client side scripting, analytics, .NET, SharePoint, and mobile specific technologies.
Strong understanding of SalesForce.com capabilities, *focus on Community Cloud strongly desired,* and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to customers
2 years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment.
Certified Administrator, ~Certified Force.com Developer~ *Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder* Preferred
