Job Description

ummit Technologies, Inc. has an opening for a Customer Support Specialist/ Program Analyst. In this role you will provide direct support to multiple efforts. You will work with stakeholders and customers to help capture requirements for SharePoint tools, collaboration sites, and understand the functionality of products. You will need to communicate effectively, on an executive level, when writing memos, preparing presentations and developing reports. Candidates for consideration must have advanced expertise manipulating data in various Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project. This position is located onsite in Ft. Huachuca, AZ. It is part of a government contract requiring U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Knowledge Management customer support to the CKO
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting of Customer Requirements
  • Maintain SharePoint Site for Training Requirements Process
  • Manipulate Excel Spreadsheets
  • Schedule, set up, coordinate, and provide technical support for conference calls
  • Draft, format and edit publications, reports, procedural and instructional handbooks; ensure clarity of content, consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to ensure employees have proper access to SharePoint sites and tools.
  • Participate in meetings and briefings to take notes and publish re-caps.
  • Prepare presentations, correspondence, and statistical reports.
  • Actively participate in product design reviews.
  • Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of professional experience in a customer relations field
  • Experience with Intel COE CKO or with the US Army
  • Ability to execute and establish communication with leadership and peers.
  • Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient.
  • Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Multitasking, excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal ns written)

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Clearance Requirements: 

  • Secret Clearance
