- Work with federal clients to understand their SharePoint hopes and dreams
- Translate those SharePoint desires into actionable deliverables for SharePoint developers to make into a reality
- Ask the right questions to the right people in requirements gathering sessions
- Document all requirements into detailed and manageable User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
- Guide and manage the Scrum Ceremonies for the team. Keep us honest and on track!
- Provide Quality Assurance Testing support to make sure all solutions are customer ready
- Write testing plans, test cases and test scripts, be the test master!
- Demonstrable understanding of SharePoint and its ability to solve business needs and improve processes
- 3+ years of strong Business Analysis experience, specifically supporting software applications
- Experience with and love of Agile/Scrum activities and ceremonies, including backlog grooming (keep our backlog in shape)
- Ability to clearly document requirements in user story format with testable acceptance criteria
- The know how to facilitate and lead requirements-gathering sessions with customers
- Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for business processes and workflows, including generating diagrams
- Ability to speak tech to developers and non tech to customers and stakeholders. Be the bridge to all parties during all phases of solution development
- Experience with iterative systems development life-cycle and documentation
- The confidence and experience to lead demonstrations of system prototypes and solutions to end users
- Experience creating application test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Experience conducting quality assurance testing on software applications to ensure developed features fulfill documented requirements
- Experience documenting defects identified during testing
- Ability to facilitate customer user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist users in troubleshooting issues
- Ability to speak to the capabilities and limitations of SharePoint Online/2016 with Federal clients
- Experience using systems for requirements tracking and user story management
- Experience using tools for SharePoint testing
- CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Experience with relevant CMMI Level 2 & 3 processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
