Role & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Information Technology Department, Business Application Manager will be responsible for configuration, operation, maintenance and upgrade of the business Applications in high paced manufacturing environments. This role strategically identifies, recommends, and establishes Business Applications, Processes and interfaces to improve operating efficiencies, minimize interruption risk, and provide a stable business system that will meet the longer-term needs of the company.
Perform as a manager of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization

Thoroughly understand ERP database schema and sub modules like sales, finance, order management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality control and R&D
Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system interface issues
Analysis of existing systems and processes with a goal of process improvement and implementation of
Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization
Design test cases to cover business processes and system functions. Run tests, analyze results, manage defects and resolve issues.
Assist system administrator with Active Directory configuration, management, and troubleshooting with
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software
and OS related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors
system configuration to ensure data integrity.

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System or Computer Science is required

SQL query and the Windows operating system
Must have knowledge and experience in manufacturing applications modules such as sales, finance, order
management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality control and R&D.
Experience in SQL query and Business Intelligence tool for reporting and analysis.
Experience in .NET, JAVA or C++ programming language a plus
Strong Microsoft Operating System (XP, Windows 7, Windows 10) installation and troubleshooting skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel (including V-Look Ups and Pivot Tables, PowerPoint and Access
Microsoft Operating System (Server 2012, Windows 10) installation and troubleshooting skills a plus
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in very busy IT environment
Excellent problem solving skills as well as good communication are required.
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with numerous departments
