Job Description

SUMMARY:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
: Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry.
: Understand how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other and how they are used within
the various business units.
: Team lead on Agency Management software upgrades and maintenance
: Team lead on all staff communications relating to Agency Management systems
: Coordinate all training efforts in-house or from 3rd party vendors
: Direct 3rd party Vendor (Patra) on project specific tasks including but not limited to Sagitta and
PaperWise workflows
: Maintain and monitor all staff access to Core Applications
: Team lead for ticket system ChangeGear
: Work as needed on acquisition projects assigned
: Develop and maintain data integrity auditing and clean up workflows for primary Agency Management
systems
: Assist in coordinating and documenting team meetings
: Work with EPIC and Vertafore user groups as SME
: Assist Team Manager with special projects as needed

Education and/or Experience:

: 5+ years of core agency management applications (Sagitta & PaperWise) and other business
applications and insurance industry experience critical to the sales and service of our customers and
prospects.
: A successful track record of maintaining excellent performance standards.
: Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
: Proven ability to train and influence internal business partners.
: A proven track of building and fostering relationships at all levels of the organization.
: Ability to travel as needed.
: Must have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software application to include
word processing, spreadsheets, insurance database.
: Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications to continue to meet the needs of the business users.
: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple
competing tasks and demands.
: Must have high level of interpersonal skills.
: Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
