Robert Half is immediately staffing for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator who will work closely on building relationships in the Nashville market. Our client is seeking someone to be a part of the Nashville community, attend chamber events, networking meetings, and assist in media publications in partnership with their Communications Division. This individual will also work closely with the Business Development & Marketing Managers to assist them with the implementation of practice groups and team goals.
Salary: $45,000- $55,000/ Year

The firm has an associate bonus pool from which associates can earn a year-end bonus based on demonstrated performance during the year.
Years of Experience: Seeking someone with 3+ years of business development and marketing experience; professional services experience preferred. Active involvement in local Chamber(s) of Commerce, industry organizations and/or civic organizations preferred
Education Level: Bachelor's degree; Major in Marketing, Communications or Business a plus.
1. Coordinate local and national events, seminars/conferences, retreats, trade shows, speaking engagements, and other marketing related events.
2. Spearhead partnerships with the Nashville Business Journal and grow relationships with partners such as the Second Harvest Food Bank
3. Attend events as needed to ensure successful execution and work with the clients to maximize effectiveness of events
4. Assist in the creation and update of web and print marketing collateral including brochures, practice group descriptions, and experience lists.
