Job Description

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. The BDA will be responsible for researching new business opportunities while supporting existing business, and this position will require the ability to research and develop an understanding of customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia's capabilities to potential clients. Other essential job functions include the responsibility to:
  • Support a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunities.
  • Build out opportunity analysis within the company CRM Tool.
  • Generate reports from CRM Tool.
  • Support the capture process and assist the proposal team on Army / DoD opportunities.
  • Support gate (bid/no-bid) reviews.
  • Support analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with partner companies on opportunities.
  • Research opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOV.
  • Research and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience with US Federal Sector Business Development is a PLUS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce experience is a PLUS.
  • Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Fully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service/client facing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • CI/CD and Jenkins

  • Business Travel, as needed up to 10% is expected.
