We have an immediate opportunity in our Brookfield, WI office for Sales Business Development Manager/Director/ Client Relationship Manager for the IT consulting division to manage a full range of sales activities targeting potential clients or forming existing clients.
a. Consult with clients to identify and define client business need, determine a solution, and develop relationship and acceptance for IT Consulting Services.
b. Ability to articulate and understand the IT engineering/staffing/ development needs from customers
c. Ability to articulate and qualify the needs to the recruiting team, vetting and identifying the talents working closely with the recruiting manager
d. Maintain a healthy customer relationship for proactive understanding of their IT needs and projects
e. Nurture client relationship to expand business for accounts given
f. Perform the level of analysis necessary to produce solutions that satisfy client requirements; documents and present findings to client; and gains client acceptance of deliverables.
g. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets. Stays current and knowledgeable on all service and solutions offerings.
h. Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads.
i. Establish & maintain industry contacts leading to specific business opportunities.
j. Represent the company at qualified industry meetings/events to promote companies services and solutions.
k. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner.
l. Successfully and professionally deliver presentations and conversations to key clients.
m. Possess strong initiative capability with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n. Self manage work load and work with people at all levels of an organization
o. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
p. Solid understanding of business dynamics and financial planning, and create and drive revenue within a specified vertical
q. Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling.
r. Create additional business opportunities at assigned client sites through continuous client nurturing and farming activities.
s. Proactive pipeline and fulfillment of talent pool
t. Maintain employee relationship, address concerns and benefits with HR
u. Onboard new employees at client location accordingly
BA/BS together with at least 3+ years of proven success in IT consulting (prefer) or related IT sales or sales or recruiting with progressive responsibility.
Preferences for a successful track record of selling IT consulting services or staffing solutions or Service selling experience and collaborating with recruiting and management candidates.
You must possess superior communication & presentation skills, a relentless focus on objectives, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to execute on multiple priorities to be successful in this fast paced environment.
Must be good at developing and articulating an ROI to decision makers, and possess a demonstrated ability to make strong business cases for technology solutions.
Experience selling under disciplined, formal sales methodology is essential. Familiarity with resource management / project management software a plus.
Some travel required within the state.
