Business Development Manager - 8(a) Sales

Location: Ashburn, VA

Start Date: Immediate

 

Wits Solutions SBA 8(a) certified organization located in Washington D.C metro area premier provider of IT, Administration management services to Federal Government and Commerical clients. We are currently looking for Business Development Manager/Executive to bring new business.

This position is mainly to focussing on bring on 8(a) contracts through the existing relationship with agencies and/or with prime contractors. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling IT and Administration Management consulting services (not product) to the Federal marketspace as well as commercial clients
  • A demonstrated track record of winning new 8(a) sole source and 8(a) competitive contracts 
  • Able to bring multi-million dollar business every year from Federal or Commerical clients
  • Proven successful track record of relationship selling efforts into targeted accounts
  • Knowledge of 8(a) contracts, federal acquisition process and GWACs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to an account plan
  • Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
