The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and aggressive Account Manager/ Business Development Manager for our San Jose, CA location. Flexton Inc., works with direct corporate clients; experience in a multicultural corporate environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage full life-cycle account and sales plans from proposal presentation to closing clients
  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Understand prospective client’s business objectives and deliver results in line with clients’ needs
  • Ability to call on the executive leaders in an organization with confidence for the areas represented
  • Act as the primary interface between Company and the client on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
  • Meet revenue targets by securing placements (Contract, Contract to hire and Full time) with direct clients.
  • Facilitate company growth through individual contribution as well as training and mentoring the sales team.
  • Regularly communicate with the recruiting team to identify highly placeable candidates or employees to place with target accounts
Experience:
  • Proven outside direct staffing / IT Consulting sales experience.
  • Managerial experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing industry
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments.
