Our product will change the dynamics of delivering IT services to the clients, where clients can do Live Chat with the prospect candidate and Hire Top 1% remote developers within 2 days.
2. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We’re looking for highly experienced candidates with a strong US IT STaffing experience. We are hiring for various roles like US IT Recruiters or C2C Recruiters, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager. We are growing fast and our goal is to keep rapidly expanding while increasing the quality of our work.
End to End involvement in the marketing and sales.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Increasing Company portfolio by adding new clients as well as new candidates with the company.
Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals and job boards like dice, monster, careerbuilder, etc..
Regularly interacting with Client/Account Manager to understand the requirements.
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Identifying new business opportunities with Direct Clients and Integrators account management direct clients
Marketing our own candidates for the relevant jobs (H1B, L2 & F1 (OPT / CPT) employees / Green Card holders / US Citizen.)
Meets with management to track and analyze efforts; Participates in weekly status meetings
3. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE :
This role is ideal for someone who is highly adaptable to work in a nimble, innovative, and fast pace environment that supports a culture of continuous learning and development.
Should have 7+ years of experience in US IT Software Sales or in US IT Staffing in at least any one role BDM, Account Manager,IT Recruiter. Someone with a wider role is preferred.
Must have experience with various job boards Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume.
Successful track-record as a Technical Recruiter recruiting in IT Staffing
Proven success sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
Well versed with various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Experience with direct client coordination, gathering IT requirements from client or Vendor Manager System is highly preferred.
Experience with bringing in new direct clients is highly preferred.
Experience with adding more fulltime candidates is highly preferred.
