Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
Independently handle staffing business & manage the team
Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical
Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing
Willing to travel
Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million dollar engagements.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
