Scepter Technologies is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager (IT Staffing). The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and driven with prior experience in selling staffing and/or recruiting services within the Information Technology domain.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for new business development, getting new clients onboard, account management as well as sales execution.
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial long-term relationships with Tier 1 vendors for IT staffing hiring executives, business leaders, and prospective clients as well as existing clients.
  • Collaborate with an extensive range of customer contacts to identify as well as define needs, and provide custom solutions
  • Boost company's revenue by generating sales via selling staffing solutions to clients
  • Identify business opportunities and pursue them within the local markets
  • Stay one step ahead of the ever-evolving market trends and clients' needs
  • Tailor the sales pitch and solutions by first pro-actively analyzing the customer needs and requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for new vendors as well as clients be the face of the company
  • Assess and figure out the ideal methods to consistently delight customers and maintain a healthy rapport with them
  • Effectively manage assigned accounts of new and existing clients on a daily basis
  • Contribute new ideas and invest in an incremental opportunity pipeline to efficiently achieve sales targets and continue to set the bar higher


  • A Bachelor's degree with
  • 2 to 10 years of prior work experience in IT service-oriented business in the staffing/recruiting industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
  • Exceptional communication skills written and oral
  • Be a leader and self-initiator
  • Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong work-ethic and ability to advance in a fast-paced sales environment
