Ability to form strong relationships with the client by understanding their company, the market they are in, the products they produce, their strategic plan as well as promoting a positive opinion of the Serigor brand which delivers on driving great results.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop successful candidate profiles as well to understand overall needs and requirements such as job description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.
Work with the recruiting team to find the best candidates in the market.
Follow-up with the client getting timely feedback for candidates in play.
Working with the client and recruiter to close deals.
Teamwork and Spirit
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Develop and build positive working relationships with co-workers by maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude.
Participate in sales knowledge sharing and best practices.
Nurture your network to develop referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
Serve as an ambassador of Serigor when reaching out to candidates and clients.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit through self-motivation and attentiveness with a desire to learn and develop.
Manage the sales process to exceed hiring goals through the use of effective business development, networking, cold calling, social media searches, and effective use of the company ATS.
Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Business Development.
Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Business Development and Hiring Manager as required.
Utilize applicant tracking technology to review and select candidates to move through the recruitment process; update records to ensure accurate candidate tracking and maintenance of financial reporting.
Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
Demonstrated success* in staffing business development.
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
Strong presentation and closing skills.
Power-user of MS Office tools.
Strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
High level of energy, with outgoing personality.
Ability to think outside the box.
