We also provide analytics that combine clinical knowledge with big data technology and techniques to transform petabytes of data into meaningful solutions for our customers. Responsibilities
Our Health Group is seeking a Business Relatioship Manager who manages the Consulting function for business unit. Carries out strategic plans, supports business initiatives and works with new and existing clients to create opportunities for the company. Has P/L and revenue responsibility for "target" area or function as determined by the Senior Director or senior/executive management. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key client/partner/stakeholders. Develop in-depth understanding of client business needs and position self as a key decision making partner. Identify and position opportunities outside scope of current engagement. Lead efforts in building the overall client relationship in existing accounts including relevant pre-sales activities, building senior management client/partner relationships, qualifying projects, understanding requirements, delivering presentations and proposals. Direct delivery of projects in defined area; ensuring projects are completed at or ahead of schedule, costs are managed to budget, and customer expectations are exceeded. Report project status and other relevant business metrics to client/management. May evaluate and assess new projects based upon size, complexity, percent of participation and time frame. Selects and assigns appropriate project leader and team member(s). Communicates with customers to assess customer satisfaction level with services and support. Participates in direct customer support as necessary. Discusses and sells consulting services, discusses project planning and issues with customers. Qualifications
• Requires BA/BS with 12 to15 years, with at least six plus years as a manager.
• In-depth knowledge about the customer's business, strategy and challenges. Strong working knowledge of DHA's Directorates and their subordinate centers and offices.
• Credible board level transformation advisor
• Familiarity with program & project management methodologies
• Leadership skills in directing pursuit and/or delivery teams with many indirect reports
• Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills with an ability to consult with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)'s of global companies.
• Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or the ability to obtain one
