Position Summary:

A business leader with 20 plus years of experience. Over these years, should have worked closely with a focus on Retail, CPG, Hospitality and Travel Customers, with a focus on providing Solutions on Mobile Applications, CX, UX, Digital Hubs, Analytics, Engineering, Applications and Services. Experience in handling Sales, Solutions and Delivery in this space is a necessary requirement. Exposure to working on large and complex multi-year deals will an added advantage. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive experience in strategic business planning as well as retention, development and acquisition sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with key functional departments, including sales, marketing, service/solution consultants as well as external partners. Proficient in managing and leading in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in quota setting and development of marketing and strategic sales/territory plans.
  • Creation and execution of successful market plans; profitable delivery of sales results.
  • Highly skilled in the execution of complex contracts and negotiations, including hardware, software and services.
  • Effective recruitment, training, deployment and supervision of key talent; motivation of teams to achieve and deliver business and sales goals.
  • Represent Client to community and business leaders in our major markets by build lasting relationships with Governors, key legislators and providing strategic policy and political advice to EVP and C-level audiences.
  • You will be responsible for global P&L, solution, delivery and innovation.

People, Culture & Process: Trusted advisor, natural leader and mentor influencing effectively across large-scale companies. Builds and leads high-performance teams and projects, and forges effective partnerships with key stakeholders including the Board of Directors.   

Executive Trusted Partner: An expert who brings expertise in process improvements, system enhancements, quality assurance and large-scale budget execution. Conducted and addressed at numerous national conferences and events, representing multiple Geographies. Should be a thought leader and actively participate in technology forums as a speaker and writer.

People:

  • Mentor and nurture the next line of leadership in the account team. Build a top-quality account sales team capable of consultative selling.
  • Focus on people development, employee movement and career management.
  • Build a supportive environment to increase employee satisfaction/motivation and minimise attrition in the account sales and delivery teams.

Education/Experience:

  • 20+ years with 5+ years as a business and P&L head. With competencies in driving business in the Retail, Consumer goods, Travel and Hospitality sector. Strategic business leadership and revenue/margins growth, Strategic Planning, Acquisitions and Change Leadership.
  • Sales leadership. Managing large Global teams, operations, and leadership development.
  • Ability to formulate a strategy for client acquisition and growth for the Geography. Good Networking Skills and relationships - ability to build deep relationships with clients.
  • Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders in large clients. Strong business skills, A dynamic go-getter with proven achievement of quota goals.
  • Experience in expanding PS organization a plus
  • BS/MS/MBA degree, with a technical or business focus preferred.
  • Experience working with emerging organizations, including a strong understanding of how to build and grow a successful business.
