  • Work Hours 9AM-6PM Central Time
  • Travel to New Orleans/New York City 4 to 6 times/year

  • Support NetSuite ERP implementation and end-users. Be the NetSuite subject matter expert for the organization.
  • Support Celigo connectivity between NetSuite and Shopify
  • Support Shopify e-commerce/POS Integration with NetSuite
  • Support NuOrder (wholesale ordering portal) and Integration with NetSuite
  • Manage SPS Commerce EDI integrations between key wholesale accounts and NetSuite
  • Responsible for Project Management: gather requirements and development of functional specifications, and manage stakeholder and 3rd party vendor interaction
  • Monitor Help Desk and provide triage/assist in troubleshooting systems issues including hardware and connectivity issues if/as needed

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3-years' experience working with and supporting NetSuite systems and users
  • Experience creating NetSuite custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Experience with NetSuite AFA vertical a major plus
  • Experience with Celigo-based NetSuite integrations a major plus
  • Programming/scripting experience a plus
  • Experience with configurations and data within Shopify Plus and Shopify POS a major plus
  • Experience with NuOrder a major plus
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable working closely with, presenting to, and having meaningful discussions with, individuals and groups at different levels within the organization
  • Facilitates effective team interaction/acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
  • Ability to build relationships with and between people of different backgrounds
  • Ability to working with virtual teams that span departments and time zones
  • Problem solver/identifies critical issues with ease and a sense of urgency
  • Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
  • Familiarity with laptops (Mac & Windows) a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where most IT services are outsourced
