Join Zions Bancorporation's Credit Systems and Initiatives Team and advance your technical career. As a part of our team, you will be part of a cohesive group that maintains and provides solutions for the company's credit systems. We are currently seeking an experienced Business System Analyst that will be an integral part of our Credit Administration Department located in Salt Lake City, UT.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Be responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management.
  • Be responsible to troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues.
  • Document incident items and escalates as necessary.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and validation of service restored.
  • Assist in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues.
  • Perform application trouble shooting and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
  • Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues.
  • Be responsible to facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations.
  • Be responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates, with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field
  • 2+ years' experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.
  • Experience with system interfaces (file-based, web services, etc).
  • Knowledge of department-specific processes and procedures.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem solution skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
  • Solid presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written
