Develop Application Level Understanding for the applications that are assigned
Detailed process evaluation & documentation standards
Participate in Solution Design and provide Automation Design
Collaborate with Ops SME for creation of the scripts, define validation criteria
Create, Test and validate Automation scripts
Adhere to Automation Good Practices - review and provide suggestions to update the same
Provide Implementation and Post production Support for scripts live on Production
Peer review of scripting done by fellow automation engineers
Analyze identified cross impacts - Identify changes and schedule delivery per capacity management
Manage resiliency requirements for Automation Platform
Qualifications and Skills
Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Expertise in process evaluation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred experience in Robotic process automation solutions such as WinAutomation, ProcessRobot, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Nice Robotics
Knowledge of .NET including C#, VB.NET
Good knowledge about Design and architect web based solutions
Strong in documentation, requirement gathering,
Strong in Oracle, MSSQL database development including PL/ SQL and DBMS packages
Testing Concepts & Methodologies.
