We have a great opportunity for an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team. This individual will be coordinating new implementation, maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our North American Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills supporting the need to operate in a dynamic sales team environment. The CRM Administrator will be the primary resource for internal stakeholders to promote adoption, maintain current knowledge on new releases and providing training. Standard work associated with the responsibilities of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator including updates, add/remove/change users, and other daily administrative tasks will also be part of the role.
Create, identify, and manage changes/enhancement toCRM System.
Work closely with field sales representatives to gather requirements and enhance features.
Demonstrate the ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships.
Maintain profiles, dashboards, security settings, integrity, access settings such as User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security and Views/Objects.
Reassign Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in response to personnel and system design changes.
Analyze and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 related workflows, cases, triggers.
Implement best practices for maintenance, configuration, testing, data integrity, backups, and other CRM system related functions
Create, modify, and manage standard, ad-hoc, and custom reports as needed.
Work closely with the Business Intelligence Data Governance Teams to ensure data meets integrity standards and provides the necessary data to facilitate enhanced reporting and data analysis.
Manage new releases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and efficiently roll out new features.
Document and maintain current documentation of existing/future systems and processes within CRM system.
Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the CRM system.
Monitor CRM storage usage and archive data as needed.
Collaborate with CRM developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades.
Education Experience Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree.
Administrator experience in Sales, Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administration Certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of data imports/exports and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records, change ownership of existing accounts/contacts/leads.
At least 6 years of CRM work experience, including 4 years supporting team technology projects and a minimum of 3 year working with Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of medical device sales support within CRM is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create systems and continuously improve processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; track record of producing high-quality deliverables on time.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate time and resource constraints.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
