Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Responsibilities:The customer service representative will have a working knowledge of Zonar GPS, the CPS student databases, and will deliver transparent communication with parents, schools, STS and the public via phone and email. The customer service representative will respond promptly to STS inquiries, handle and resolve all complaints, and obtain and evaluate all information to handle complaints and inquiries. The CSR will exhibit excellent customer service skills, keep records of customer interactions, transactions, record details of all inquiries and complaints. They will maintain accurate data in software databases, communicate pick up time changes, late arrivals, vendor changes, and accidents. Most importantly they will represent CPS and Reliant and deliver consistent, positive customer service.
