Certified Scrum Master, CSM or CSPO
Responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting of simple to moderate projects, including managing resources, costs, scope and meeting deadlines according to plan. Utilize standard our client project management methodology, lifecycle, processes, tools quality management governance and Enterprise continuity. Responsible for managing, developing and maintaining integrated detailed project estimates, work plans, resource plans and control project scope, while ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget and on target. Communicate any proposed change of planned activities, schedules, costs, benefits or impacts to sponsor and manage any change according to approved recommendation.
Scrum Master – Certified Scrum Master required, waterfall experience also helpful but PMP not required. 5+ years of experience to lead 2-3 concurrent technical development tracks for a large anti-fraud program work cell. Teams consist of business and technical resources including SME's, Product Owner, developers, quality engineers, Business Analysts etc. Responsible for leading daily and weekly agile scrum ceremonies, agile mentorship, producing required project artifacts, weekly status, risk and issue management for cross functional teams to implement technology solutions and integration with external customer channels. Interaction and coordination with other work cells and business product owners required.
