We are looking for an Adoption Lead to contribute to the successful implementation of technological transformations for current & future employees. In this role, the successful candidate will develop technology implementation plans, supporting releases with training and documentation, and setup post-release support resources.
This is an execution role that provides significant exposure to senior leadership and individual contributors across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, lead the development, facilitation, and execution of complex initiatives using strategic business performance management and change management methodologies and related tools
  • Conduct readiness assessments and utilize customer research to craft technology release roadmaps.
  • Tailor change management plans to accommodate the needs of the various impacted stakeholder groups
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure change team-alignment on release activities
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness; define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress; track and report issues
  • Create documentation and conduct training sessions that support the release of new technologies to home office employees.
  • Collaborate on communication plans and contribute to their development.
  • Setup post-release support efforts
  • Regularly interface with end users of home office technology to identify improvement opportunities
  • Regularly communicate with the stakeholder community to assess potential change fatigue
  • Develop and maintain ownership of the Employee Experience Advocate network

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience influencing levels above, below, and equal to position toward a common goal by customizing communications and engagement to meet the needs of varying audiences
  • At least 5 years of experience informally or formally leading teams; developing and executing change management plans for large groups of stakeholders; and experience with agile, start-ups/implementations of systems, products, or services
  • Certified in Prosci s Change Management program or equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA designation preferred
  • Proficiency in ADKAR model of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Agile methodology and software development life cycle experience
  • Proficient experience with Project Management tools including but not limited to: Atlassian Jira, Zephyr for Jira, Camtasia, Articulate, Visio, Lucid Chart, Smartsheets as well as MS Office Suite or Google suite
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Knowledge Articles or similar knowledge management system
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field
