We have been awarded a contract for providing Enterprise Operations and Security Services (EOSS) concept support to the US Army National Guard (ARNG). We are seeking Change Management Business Process Analysts to support critical National security needs with the US Army National Guard in Arlington, Virginia .Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.


Provides support for enterprise-level changes and reports directly to the Change Management Process Owner. The candidate will have at least four (4) years of work experience in IT process management and/or experience as a Change Manager, Change Coordinator, or Change Evaluator. The candidate must have a good understanding of the ITIL 2011 framework and general understanding of network management, authentication and directory services, information assurance practices, and service desk functions. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented and proactive team player with strong analytical skills and a broad technical understanding.The Change Management Analyst is responsible for the following:-Adhere to Change Management Policy and process Requests for Change (RFC) from submission to closure.-Support staff members in the creations, submission, evaluation, authorization, execution, and closure of change requests.-Evaluate RFCs for appropriate technical details and completeness, assess impact and risk, and provide recommendations.-Assist in maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change, de-conflict proposed changes and ensure the schedule is up to date.-Provide quality assurance/quality control and audit change records; update change records, review and validate work log entries, relate requests and CIs, correct classifications and categories, and validate success criteria of completed changes.-Work closely with the Enterprise Change Management Process Owner to identify improvements to policies, plans, processes, job aids, and technologies.-Assist Process Owner and Service Owners with Change Advisory Board (CAB) preparatory activity; coordination, evaluation, scheduling, post implementation review (PIR), status reporting, and capturing minutes.-Provide input to reports, including, but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, and other duties as required.


BA or equivalent + 3 yrs related experience, or MA + 1 yr related experienceORCombined equivalent experience; 7 years related professional/educational experienceAND-Experience using an ITSM tool, SharePoint, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Technical experience with reviewing and evaluating-Understanding of IT Infrastructure and/or Network Management-Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Certification :

  • Security+ or equivalent

  • ITIL v3/2011 Foundations certification (must obtain within 60 days)
