Job Description

Our Broadcast Media client is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support their Ad Sales Tech in the rollout of a companywide Incentive Plan Management initiative. The new solution will also automate reporting on progress/pacing towards sales goals, and calculation of payouts. The Commissions Support and Change Management Analyst will document standard operating procedures across all related job functions, train end users, and support end users as needed during go-live and super care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide App Support to end users; determine root cause of issues, document issues and resolve them as needed with app support team
  • Lead Change Management (CM) workstream of an Incentive Plan Management system deployment (change management, communications, training, or end user enablement)
  • Create and document standard operating procedures for all job functions
  • Support roll-out of system to end users and support admins in using the system
  • Document, coordinate, and train users on administrative activities required to use system
  • Create business and technology run books and wiki for future resources in both tech and business groups.
  • Act as primary point of contact for ad sales comp plan questions with a one call resolution goal

Requirements:
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant Finance, or Sales Ops experience, preferably in the technology industry
  • Knowledge of SAP Callidus Cloud Commissions
  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resource Consulting; experience within a major consulting firm preferred
  • Experience leading one or more workstreams in change management, communication or training development
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts and has leveraged PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data, and structure information
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and staff working independently or as part of a team
  • Experience on enterprise business software implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions)
  • Bachelors degree
