Charles Schwab's Conversational Platforms team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of our platforms and services which enable digital conversations with clients at scale. Schwab is revolutionizing how we have conversations and interactions with clients across live and asynchronous channels by leveraging conversational AI with modern messaging and voice technologies.
We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we drive to change both how Schwab operates and how the industry serves investors. In this role, you will also help formulate the omni-channel conversational platform strategy, including expansion of capabilities into other Schwab lines of business. You will also build and manage a product roadmap and oversee the team of product owners who will implement the products.
