Premier Trading Firm is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to engineer and support high level voice infrastructure solutions.
- Engineering high level UC projects, designs, documentation and correcting existing issues\flaws in the UC environment.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve production issues; undertake configuration management and work in accordance with Change Management procedures.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of proposed voice changes, assess risk, provide mitigation, undertake break fix activities and investigate the root cause, and develop mitigation plans.
- Perform hardware diagnostic and support assistance as requested by other groups; perform root cause analysis determining the cause of a problem and recommending and implementing solutions; ensure all problems are resolved either in a timely manner or ensure they are escalated to the appropriate management structure.
Experience engineering and supporting large scale enterprise Voice, Voice over IP (VoIP), and Unified Communication solutions
Networking knowledge (i.e. routers and switches) and a strong understanding of VoIP and SIP products is required.
Strong knowledge and experience supporting related Voice and Video Technologies
Must have excellent analytical skills in voice fault investigation and resolution methodology
Experience with Engineering and Operations of TMS, Jabber, SME, MRA, CUCM, SRTS,SRSV, CUE, SIP Trunking, Unity, UCCX
Experience in designing and implementing Global Dial Plan
Experience in Integrating UC with Active Directory
Experience with integrating Call Center into CUCM
