  • Project Description:
    Are you a System Administration and looking to grow your career on the products like Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Virtual Apps and Desktop, Netscaler, VMWare, Ivanti, HP and Dell Chassis?

    You'll be working in the Global Hosted Services (GHS) team in Nashville, USA. We provide operational support to global virtual environment located across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. As a Citrix Support Analyst/Administrator, you'll play an important role in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure issues, involve in incident management calls and co-ordinate with multiple teams on daily basis
  • Responsibilities:
    We're looking for a Citrix Support Analyst/Administrator to:

    • support Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.x, XenDesktop 7.x, Provisioning Services 7.x, Server 2008/2012/2016
    • monitor and troubleshoot Infrastructure issues
    • work on Incident and Service Request
    • application package deployment
    • co-ordinate with multiple teams for day to day activities (like Hardware replacement, patching, etc.,)
    • citrix XenDesktop 7.x Static VDI provisioning and troubleshooting
    • have excellent communication skills and work effectively between teams, escalating issues to appropriate team.
    • have a keen eye for detail and will perform thorough checks on all critical applications using existing tools.
    • work on shifts and rotating weekends for support when required, whilst not a frequent occurrence we do expect your dedication to extend beyond the 9-5 when needed
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • core required skills - Citrix XenApp 6.5/7.x, XenDesktop 7.X, PVS 7.x, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
    • ideally 2+ years of relevant experience with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Ivanti, HP and Dell hardware
    • good Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, Ivanti, and Splunk
    • confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
    • capable of understanding user/service desk needs and communicating it to management
    • must have experience in troubleshooting of XenApp/XenDesktop applications/desktops and servers in a complex environment including GPOs, farm policies and managing computer/user settings.
    • understanding and experience of Application virtualization concepts.
