Job Description

We are looking for a Client Engagement professional with deep GIS Technical expertise. Someone who can perform A dual role of GIS Solution Engineer (SE) and Client Engagement Manager (EM). Solution Engineer helps Account Executives capture new business. Engagement Manager is focused on organic business growth in existing Accounts. Job requires GIS technical skills along with business development, project and client skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Esri and ArcGIS technologies.
  • Experience in Enterprise GIS Architecture, designing systems and business processes
  • Client Management & Revenue growth
  • Increase GIS business with existing clients by driving organic account growth
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability.
  • Nurture & Develop GIS Clients
  • Proven experience and success in farming
  • Engaging,  thoughtful and consultative
  • Accountable for results
  • Be the voice of the customer- Client management and CSAT.
  • Be CyberTech’s main contact for the Client post contract award.
  • Single point for major engagement decisions, escalations, accountability & responsibility
  • Effective communication of Company’s stand and position
  • Manage Client objectives & expectations and Client satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and align to client’s business objectives
  • Work as the partner for Delivery leaders
