Position Title: Client Relationship Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA (Open to Los Angeles, CA)
Duration: 6 Months   

Position Comments:

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail, is organized, and will collaborate/communicate well with the conversion team. 
  • Previous expiring in opening accounts within the financial services. A plus but not required. 
  • Experience with data entry and document preparation
  • A customer oriented mind set with excellent interpersonal skills and proven commitment to quality customer service. 

Job Description: -Client Relationship Specialist

Assist client servicing team convert our clients to a new custodial bank by:

  • Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Sourcing documents from our document repository
  • Generating forms
  • Identifying fields within forms which require client input
  • Tagging fields which require client signatures
  • Mailing forms to clients
  • Reviewing, splitting and uploading forms upon receiving signed forms from clients
  • Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries (non-investment or product related), and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
  • Servicing as the liaison with clients and 3rd parties, fielding inquiries, researching requests, and coordinating appropriate responses

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail, is organized, and will collaborate/communicate well with the conversion team.
  • A previous background in account opening within the financial services industry. A plus but not required.
  • Experience with data entry and document preparation
  • Customer oriented mind set with excellent interpersonal skills and proven commitment to quality customer service.
