Job Description

Position: Help Desk / Desktop Support / Windows Support / Desktop Technician

Location: Lyndhurst, NJ

Duration: 12+ Months

About the Position:

Responsibilities include:

  • PC/ Desktop Support
  • Facilitate in store whole unit swap (multiple builds and configurations) or field replaceable Lenovo components (hard drive, fan and memory); spare units and components provided by Nordstrom.
  • Application software support for resolving incidents or fulfilling requests that cannot be facilitated remotely
  • Network Connectivity troubleshooting
  • Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, and De-Installs including the following: store openings moves or relocations
  • Installations and De-installations related to equipment refresh, store expansion, new technology, or defective devices.
  • Configuration changes or enhancements to existing store devices.
