The Command and Control Technical Agent (C2 TA) supports the Program Integration Council (PIC) in execution of their role as the National Security Space Enterprise command and control integration authority. Aerospace supports the C2 TA and the enterprise command and control through architecting, system integration and engineering, transition planning, enterprise interface definition and accountabilities for execution. This position will provide technical and programmatic leadership for the government to coordinate with multiple agencies, work collaboratively with senior leadership across the enterprise driving efficiencies, effectiveness and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Directing Program Integration Council requested tasks coordinating across SSC, NRO, MDA, SDA, SpRCO and DAFRCO in alignment with USSPACECOM priorities
  • Defining enterprise path forward through establishment of defined interfaces and integration strategies enabling an agile architecture that can respond to changing technologies and threats
  • This effort supports Aerospace priorities for enterprise integration activities in support of USSF and USSPACECOM priorities.
  • This position will respond to enterprise integration challenges and provide integration strategies to support near term acquisition, integration and test activities while evolving towards a resilient, agile architecture
  • Development and employment of strategies for system-of-system architecting, resilient systems engineering, cost/effectiveness analysis, and exploitation/integration with commercial and allied capabilities

What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
  • 12+ years of relevant progressive work experience in systems architecture, systems integration and/or systems engineering
  • Record of building and leading cross-functional high performance teams across organizations
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Experience briefing senior management and influencing decisions
  • Willing to travel domestically up to 20 %
  • This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to hold SAP clearances, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

$117,027 - $192,281 - $267,534
