Duties: Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Personalized Healthcare Informatics (PHC IX), the Communications/Sr. The power of data at scale has transformed almost every industry, personalizing experiences in many aspects of our lives. The Personalized Healthcare (PHC) Informatics Communications Manager is responsible for co-developing and driving the strategy, planning, and rollout of key communications and change management initiatives, for large/complex programs, and for executive communications
The Communications Manager works closely with our global team at all levels and other key stakeholders to develop and execute key communication strategies and organizational change initiatives and programs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for driving communications strategy and key communications initiatives for the global head of the Personalized Healthcare (PHC) Informatics organization. Co-develop strategic messaging and content to support the evolving PHC Informatics vision and priorities . Collaborate with all levels of the organization, with the responsibility of creating and delivering clear, consistent, and effective communications appropriate for targeted stakeholders across multiple channels. Develop/leverage best practices, templates, and processes for efficient and scalable approaches for events and operational communications activities. Create and implement an employee engagement program leveraging a wide-range of activities, programs, and tools. Lead content development, secure speakers, and design agendas for major/local events, offsites, leadership meetings, and more. Act in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies Business travel, by air or car, is required for regular internal and external business meetings Skills: The ideal candidate: Exhibits intellectual curiosity, integrity, and an Agile mindset in the approach to work. Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, corporate communications, and cross-functional communications leads to develop effective messaging and content for internal and external communications. Brings substantial experience developing effective VP level presentations for C-suite and organizational audiences. Possesses strong influencing, motivation and negotiation skills, and proven abilities to influence others without authority Is goal directed and persistent; is accountable for meeting commitments.
