This individual contributor role will be part of the Global Rewards organization and thus support the various compensation programs and processes with focus on pay structure reviews and benchmarking and base pay programs within the Americas region (AMS).
Key areas of responsibilities include:
Supports the implementation or various compensation programs across the AMS region, working with the compensation program leads and country Total Rewards teams as appropriate.
Assists with more complex reporting needs, analyzes survey, employee, and financial data, and models programs, using primarily Excel, as well as the HR database, Workday.
May manage or contribute to specific compensation projects.
Contributes to the creation of communication or training materials aimed at managers and HR.
Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 2-4 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources (HR).
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Systematic knowledge of total rewards disciplines and its link to overall HR and the company's business strategy.
Basic project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential. IT literate who likes to learn about new systems.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Stress tolerant and well organized with the ability to prioritize heavy workload.
Strong communication skills.
