Homes and Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products. In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and Global Distribution business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company. Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution.
The Compensation Director - Executive Compensation will partner with the business to create and own strategy ensuring a performance driven, market competitive, fair and compliant compensation and benefits program. The Compensation Director - Executive Compensation will lead a team of experts on compensation policies and procedures which will enable HR to better support the business. This role may be located in any city that we have an office including Melville, NY, Golden Valley, MN, Phoenix, AZ, or Atlanta, GA with relocation provided. If you are flexible, there is the opportunity to work remotely until the corporate office for the stand-alone company is identified with relocation provided to the identified city.
