Partner with the best

In this role, you will leverage your experience of Competency Management technology, process, and domain expertise. You will do this to create and deliver Competency Management capabilities and geographic coverage. You will build relationships with various customer stakeholders and executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As Competency Management System Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
  • Configuring, designing, building, testing and deploying functionality in the Competency Management System
  • Responding to and resolving support tickets regarding configuration System changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Developing and executing product technology and functional capability roadmaps, including migration of training content and history
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to redesign business processes, and improve the Competency Management experience for employees globally
  • Participating in prioritization discussions for business requirements, approving future state design/configurations and ensuring successful implementation
  • Working to improve incident reduction, simplification, process excellence, security and compliance


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/ Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Have at least 3 years of IT professional experience
  • Have at least 3 years experience in Competency Management, working on cross-functional initiatives and/or large global projects
  • Have technical experience working with Systems of Reference, Competency Profiles, and Levels of Proficiency
  • Have experience in mapping of job roles, competencies, learning activities and using Learning Management Systems like SumTotal
  • Have proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and steer change across an organization
  • Have leadership and influencing skills and be a Self-starter able to give guidance and take counsel
  • Have great organizational skills and the ability to accomplish assigned goals and work well with global teams
