Job Description

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Management Lead to join our team. The Configuration Management Lead provides overall configuration management support and will be responsible for the development and execution of processes to support CM and DevOps projects.

*This is a remote opportunity.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Management.
  • Three to five years of comparable work experience.
  • US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident required due to contract needs

Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodology used in configuration and data management.
  • Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers and management.
  • Knowledge of analysis, evaluation, fact-finding, and investigative techniques to gather data, identify significant factors, and recommend a solution from several possible alternatives.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Experience administering and deploying development Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and/or Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as GitHub, Jira, or Jenkins

Desired Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
  • Process-oriented with documentation skills
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
