Job Description

The contracts administrator, in conjunction with Labcorp's law department, negotiates mutually acceptable contractual language with clients.
  • Responsible for confirming that divisional contracts meet applicable Labcorp policies and requirements, such as those related to laboratory operations, pricing, billing, compliance, logistics, quality assurance, and phlebotomy.
  • Works closely with departmental managers and business leaders to communicate contractual requirements, and determine which are acceptable.
  • Drafts and revises contracts to reflect approved terms.
  • Negotiates mutually acceptable contractual language with clients while maintaining Labcorp standards.
  • Prepares contracts, coordinates with other departments.
  • Works with the Law Department to interpret regulations.
  • Requires knowledge of contract language.
