Job Title: Contract Lifecycle Management Coordinator

Job Description Summary
Seeking someone to independently manage paper contract collection process for entry into a contract management system. Legal training (paralegal or lawyer) preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Job duties include:
1. Reviewing contracts to determine if they are stored electronically in client's new contract management system
2. Reviewing contracts not found in new management system to obtain basic contract information
3. Scanning contract documents
4. Loading contract information and documents into new management system
5. Documenting work efforts

This need is for someone with knowledge of contracts who doesn’t mind reviewing the contract and entering the data into our system, Ntracts. With the current circumstances, the contractor will be working 100% from home and will need to comfortable with setting up their own workstation.
