SAIC is seeking a Program Manager to lead their effort for the Air Force Research Lab's Counter-small Unmanned Air Systems (C-sUAS) effort. The scope of this effort is to perform multiple activities necessary to achieve AFRL's vision of superiority in C-sUAS Science and Technology (S&T). This includes activities for rapid development, design, prototyping, enhancements, demonstration, scenario development, experimentation & evaluation, integration, testing, technical installation, transition, and support through initial operations of C-sUAS technologies, which enable Global Vigilance, Global Reach, and Global Power in air, space, and cyberspace for C-sUAS operations.
Job Description: Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM. Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements. Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership. Support business development and program staff management. Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
Specific background drone/counter drone/or air defense. Pilot and or System Engineer.
