Customer Communications & Marketing Automation Execution Lead
The customer communications and marketing automation execution Lead is responsible for managing and supporting day to day SFMC (Exact Target) customer focused marketing campaigns and communications along with cross-channel notifications including email, SMS, and select website landing pages. This individual will also work with our CRM to trigger automations and operational notifications as projects require. This role will work on full lifecycle of an initiative from requirements through delivery and production support. She/he will work with cross-functional global teams to manage and oversee customer notification development which includes implementing API call triggers to execute communications. She/he will be responsible for the development of email templates, which may include light coding of emails using HTML and CSS, conducting rendering testing across email clients and mobile devices.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to optimize the application. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing customer engagement and providing insights on areas of improvement. This person is also responsible for overseeing any delivery issues and troubleshooting and independently solving basic platform issues leveraging the SFMC resources and support team.
