Job Description : Program Manager Role
• Primary point of contact to Customer for SOW governance
• Participate in the Weekly Status/Steering committee reviews
• Review and monitor engagement goals, SLAs, status and performance of the SMS team
• Overall lead for the project communication with account and customer
• Understand Customer’s organization and business priorities
• Serve as Customer advocate within the Company's organization to drive the resolution of issues or requests
• Manage communications with all stakeholders(Customer,SMS team management)
• Driving the steering committee meetings as per the plan
• Manage engagement business operations, including working with internal resources to capture actuals, update forecast, and invoice
• Maintain knowledge of issues, solutions, trends, and Customer priorities
