We are currently seeking Customer Relationship Manager to support our Army team in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (currently remote due to COVID)

 

Job Duties:

CyberData Technologies is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager with excellent customer service skills to support the US ARMY CIO Enterprise Cloud and Modernization Office (ECMO). The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, be proactive, and be comfortable engaging customers. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Army IT and Cloud stakeholders as they navigate the Army’s modernization and Cloud process and associated initiatives. The CRM will be required to become a subject matter expert on Army’s modernization process and use that expertise to proactively assist and inform stakeholder groups and report data and progress towards the Army’s strategic goals. The candidate will assist in creating / developing / reviewing / QA'ing papers, presentations, and reports. The candidate must also demonstrate traits consistent with the company culture – commitment to customer service and quality of work; adaptability to changing priorities; resourcefulness; energy and motivation to accept and complete tasks on time.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Active Secret Clearance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
  • A foundational knowledge of Information and Enterprise Technology trends
  • Experience in capturing, reviewing, and disseminating meeting minutes; scheduling and/or hosting meetings with the stakeholders
  • Familiarity with DoD terminology and Army organizational structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an ability to effectively communicate concepts to non-technical project lead and decision makers
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, and present to stakeholders at varying levels
  • A proven ability to proactively interact with internal and external customers; establishing and maintaining a rapport with stakeholders throughout a project’s progression
  • Functioning productively in a collaborative team environment; capable of completing assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision when required
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) documents; experience in process mapping and graphics
  • Fundamental knowledge of the cloud computing technologies and concepts to include the cloud service model and cloud deployment models
  • Technical Writing/ Documentation Specialist experience in developing and maintaining documentation based on existing templates; or developing new templates based on requirements and guidance
  • Experience in a customer service or service desk position
  • Relevant certifications are a plus, such as:  SEC+, Cloud+, CAPM; SCRUM Master, Agile, ITIL Foundations
