Candidates will be required to provide superior customer service in a contact/call center/help desk environment. The candidate will be required to answer general and technical questions from end-users regarding navigation of government websites in a leveraged environment supporting multiple accounts. Training will be provided.
To adequately perform the duties of the job, individuals must possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience - inbound/outbound call experience highly desired.
An extensive background check and credit check will be conducted on all applicants. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance and CANNOT BE DELINQUENT ON ANY FEDERAL DEBT (ex., taxes, student loans).
The Federal Service Desk contact center hours are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST Monday-Friday. Interested candidates must be available to work a full, eight hour shift during contact center hours and have reliable transportation.
