One of our highly esteemed clients has immediate need for strong Customer Service Representative (Data Entry Operator).

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Data Entry Operator)

Location: Falls Church, VA

Duration: 6+ months contract, extension possibility

 

Job Summary: Handles incoming customer service phone calls, provides appropriate information to callers.

 

Essential Job Functions:

1   Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.

2   Must be bilingual.

       2   Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.

       3   Completes call guides; gathers, enters and verifies required information.

       4   Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service.

       5   Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.

       6   Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.

       7   Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

       1   High school diploma or G.E.D.

       2   Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience

       3   Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology

 

Other Qualifications:

       4   Basic communication skills

       5   Ability to follow oral and written directions

       6   Ability to meet professional standards towards project

 

Work Environment:

       1   Office environment

       2   May require shift work
