Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 

Remote Work – 100% 


  1. Good computer skills
  2. Good telephony manner.
  3. Good customer service skills
  4. Ability to handle stressful situations
  5. Bi-Lingual also needed if possible. Spanish & Vietnamese


1-year customer service experience or equivalent work experience.

Must have own Laptop or Computer – no Chrome book allowed

Must have Internet

Must have Headset through which they can hear and speak

English speaking 


Training – Client will give online training for 3 weeks. You cannot take time off during this time. Attending full training is mandatory.

Work timings – 2 shifts.

  1. 7am to 5pm CENTRAL TIME (change time as per your time zone)
  2. 10.30am to 7.30pm CENTRAL TIME (change as per your time zone)
